Kay R. Quintos

Chairperson

After serving key roles in both marketing and business development, primarily in outsourcing and industrial operations, Kay Quintos has both the knowledge and the intuition to drive productivity within the market. She has helped businesses such as Hanjin Shipping, Hyundai Merchant Marine, Virtual Logistics and Performance Services & Training Network, Inc.

As a successful entrepreneur with vast experience in starting and driving new business through a profound background in industries, business processes, talent acquisition, leading, and managing people in the most ethical way possible, Kay Quintos continues her legacy through inspirational motives to help workers and clients by way of providing jobs and improving productivity, respectively. Therefore, her businesses such as PNI International, PNI Business Solutions, Grupo BPO Service Cooperative, and more, have centralized on the main objective of delivering services to its clients and opening doors to the unemployed or less fortunate.

Despite the fact that not all companies share the same values as her, she has coordinated with all internal teams, especially the marketing and business development team, to push through with their efforts to share its views and values to the market. After all, work is supposed to be enjoyable; therefore, she believes in excellence, promptness, meticulousness, and precision when it comes to delivering.

Currently, she is still the general manager of Grupo BPO, exuding her leadership role and continuing to work with the marketing and business development team to innovate and transcend the status quo of the market.


Sean Patrick Limzon

Business Development and Marketing Communications Specialist

A graduate from the University of Asia and the Pacific under the Bachelor of Integrated Marketing Communications program, Sean Limzon has started working for Grupo BPO Service Cooperative since 2018, after his graduation. After interning as a marketing and research staff at a company specializing in artificial intelligence, Sean has discovered a new opportunity to work as a worker-member at a BPO service provider.

Realizing that there are great opportunities to disrupt the status quo, he decided to commit to the cooperative values.

He has contributed to the business by way of ethical business practices and proper communication to be transmitted to each member. His multilingual abilities have also reached out to foreign partners especially those from Spain and India. In addition, he has aided in raising awareness of the brand and its services through its social media platforms, where he has gathered LinkedIn users and members to follow the social media pages.

On occasion, Sean has assisted in gathering clients for the business and expanded the client base. His contributions have made it evident to not only gather more cooperative members, but also satisfy clients through streamlining the business processes that clients have trouble with. He became a board member of Grupo BPO Service Cooperative since September 2021.


Jan C. Ravanzo

Industry Head - Civil Engineering Process Outsourcing

Jan Ravanzo is GrupoBPO’s industry head for Engineering Process Outsourcing. His group is responsible for delivering EPO requirements using top outsourcing technology platforms and methodologies in line with international standards.

He has a deep background in engineering and construction industry with years of experience in technical sales and project management. In 2011, he started running Civet Marketing & Distribution, Inc a distribution company that offers top interior design products in the market such a Marblo, an environment friendly solid-surface brand from Australia.


Erich Andea

Industry Head - General Manager

Erich Andea is the talent delivery lead of Grupo BPO who is responsible for filling in talent demands of the cooperative and its clients.

He has years of experience in search and recruitment, particularly with PNI Business Solutions, an intelligent HR Outsourcing company. There, he was able to deliver and fulfill requirements through his ability to find and recruit qualified candidates for executive positions, managers, and specialized roles down to the ground workers.

One quality that may attribute to Erich’s work attitude is he works closely and maintain good working relationships with clients from both local and international companies.

She’s been in the company of PNI International Corp as Recruitment Operations Manager for more than 10 years with expertise in international business affairs, recruitment and deployment, and marketing.

JV has been le to provide quality service in healthcare sector atering mostly for companies overseas. He’s able to provide recruitment, marketing, even language trainings and skilled trainings with the organization’s division, Euromena Healthcare

Immigration Consultant

An immigration attorney who is licensed to practice law in the State of New York and the United States District Court for Eastern District.

He has in-depth knowledge and experience in immigration law and provision of legal assistance to businesses.


Atty. Joana Marie Aboga

Industry Head - HR Services

Graduated Magna cum laude with degree of Bachelor of Arts in History from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines in 2005.

Took up Bachelor of Laws from the same University and passed the 2011 bar examination. Teaches History and Law subjects in PUP since 2005. She worked as a Legal Associate in Integreon Managed Solutions in 2012 then transferred to POEA in 2013 where she was assigned in the Welfare and Employment Office after which she moved to PUP where she now works as a Legal Officer. A Law practitione, she handles civil, criminal, and labor cases as an associate in Taton Law office. She is also a legal consultant on various non-goverment organizations.

A general professional partnership engaged in the practice of accountancy that was founded in 2013 under the leadership and vision of Mark Darwin A. Camara and Niersen C. Custodio. The founding partners are CPA-Lawyers and are both practicing lawyers and CPA’s.

Since both partners are active in the practice of law, they possess the unique ability to bridge the gap between the legal consequences of every accounting or tax issue a client may encounter and provide its clients with exceptional business advise. The clients derive benefit from the firm’s use of the interplay between law and tax regulations on the one hand, and accounting standards on the other.
